In this conversation, I speak with David Fideler about his new book "Breakfast With Seneca: A Stoic Guide to the Art of Living". This book does a great job of collecting and explaining all of Seneca's most important philosophical insights in a way that is accessible.

We talk about Seneca's life, and his skill as a 'proto-psychologist', who anticipated many of the psychological phenomena and problems that effect us today. Towards the end, we discuss David's three favourite Stoic practices, and the importance of making a little bit of progress everyday.

This conversation is of value for those who want to understand Seneca's important contribution to Stoic thought.
